These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and yes55 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "yes55") governing your access to and use of the yes55 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://yes55.cam and any associated services, features, or content made available by yes55.

To create and maintain a yes55 Account, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which the Account remains active:

1. Age Requirement: The User must be at least 21 years of age. yes55 is strictly an adult gaming platform. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
2. Legal Capacity: The User must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to their place of residence.
3. Jurisdiction: The User must not be resident in, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal.
4. Single Account: Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on yes55. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms.
5. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. yes55 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account registered using false or misleading information.
6. Not Self-Excluded: The User must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order through yes55 or any relevant responsible gambling registry.

To register an Account, Users must provide accurate personal information including — but not limited to — their full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a contact number. yes55 uses this information to verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

KYC Documentation: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, yes55 may require the submission of KYC documents. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to:

• A valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or passport;
• A bank statement or utility bill issued within the past three (3) months confirming your registered address;
• A screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., e-wallet account name matching your registered name).

Processing Time: KYC reviews are typically completed within 1–3 business days. Users will be notified by email upon completion. Pending KYC verification, withdrawal requests will be placed on hold and processed upon successful verification.

Account Security: Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials. yes55 will never contact Users to request passwords or full payment details. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to our support team at the earliest opportunity.

All financial transactions on yes55 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

Minimum Deposit: MYR 30 (or equivalent) for e-wallets and cryptocurrency. MYR 100 for bank transfers via FPX. Specific minimums may vary by payment method as displayed on the deposit page.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Users are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for e-wallets and 1–3 business days for bank transfers. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that match the User's registered name. yes55 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Pending wagering requirements on active bonus balances must be satisfied before the relevant portion of funds may be withdrawn.

Currency: yes55 does not impose currency conversion fees. All funds are held and disbursed in MYR. Users depositing via cryptocurrency will have their deposit converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmed receipt.

yes55 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms and conditions.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted stake per bet is MYR 25 (or as otherwise stated). Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards clearing a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games (including live baccarat, blackjack, and roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Crash games, sports bets, and lottery games may have individual contribution rates as specified in the relevant promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issue — as specified per promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-Out Cap: Unless specified otherwise, winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap, typically 5x the original bonus amount.
• One Bonus Per Account: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per registered User, household, IP address, and payment method.

yes55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions are not available to residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions. yes55 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings from any User found to have abused the promotion system.

All games available on the yes55 platform — including slot games, live dealer table games, sports betting markets, crash games, and instant win games — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's interface and the general provisions set out herein.

Game Outcomes: All Random Number Generator (RNG) game outcomes are determined by independently certified systems. Results are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of bad luck, perceived unfairness, or personal belief about expected outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-time physical processes and are similarly final.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are accepted subject to the applicable market rules published on the sportsbook section of the platform. yes55 offers markets on Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and other major global sports. In-play odds are updated in real time and yes55 reserves the right to suspend markets or void bets in circumstances where the integrity of a market is reasonably in question.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction — including disconnection during a live game session — yes55 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of play from system logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned to the User's Account balance.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and market has individual minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed within the game interface. yes55 reserves the right to change stake limits at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yes55 platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per individual or household;
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive game format;
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system, including through arbitrage betting, staking patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming;
• Attempting to launder money, use the platform for fraud, or engage in any transaction connected to criminal activity;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through VPN or other means;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed towards yes55 staff or other Users.

yes55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a User's Account with or without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a financial institution;
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or instruction from a competent authority;
• At the User's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling Policy.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding investigations or legal obligations.

Users may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yes55, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control;
• Any third-party acts or omissions, including payment processing delays attributable to banks or e-wallet providers;
• Decisions made by a User while under the influence of alcohol, medication, or any other substance that impairs judgement;

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, yes55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yes55 is incorporated.
